What Does Allergen Free Mean?

Allergen Free means that Allergen Free Bakers’ facility and equipment are dedicated free from the top 14 food allergens (currently gluten, dairy/casein, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame seeds, celery, mustard, sulfur dioxide/sulphites, lupin, mollusks). These ingredients are not allowed on AFB’s production floor or warehouse.
